With a turnover multiplied by 9 in 3 years, Yago is in a hyper-growth phase and aims to reach X10 in the next 4 years.
Yago is looking for bright minds and proven performers, motivated to transform the insurance business through digital, while preserving the human touch, and to work with a dynamic and committed team that aims high!
The objectives of the position are
As Chief Sales Officer, you will have a major role in the execution of Yago's growth strategy by coordinating a team of 35 people (2022), with 4 main objectives:
- To manage sales performance: with a perfect command of the commercial indicators and in coordination with the co-CEO in charge of growth, you will guarantee the follow-up of the products performance and lead the continuous improvement actions.
- To boost the commercial strategy : you will contribute to the articulation and optimization of existing and new sales strategy techniques to transform the insurance experience of Belgians and to be always at their side.
- To manage and to grow the Sales team : This is a team of 30 people, which will grow strongly and rapidly. We want to make Yago the best sales training in Belgium (team structuring, process, technique & sales talk), and you will play a key role in this. At Yago, you will be able to cultivate your leadership skills and structure, animate and coordinate the team on a daily basis, while living the values that drive us.
- To participate in Yago's growth as a member of the management team: you are a true team player. You will actively participate in strategic thinking and coordination with other leaders in the evolution of Yago (marketing, tech, data, operations, growth, people)

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Sales Officer with a strong sales background and a solid track record of achievements.
