You will join our Yago Rainmakers teams, as a member of the Marketing Team who test and deploy new solutions every day to grow the company’s revenue by generating qualified leads. Your scope will be broad, with varied missions, and you will touch on all aspects of acquisition. Your missions will lead you to work with the Demand Generation, Content, Branding & Business Operations teams. An ability to manage multiple contacts (internal and external) as well as to structure the workflow is essential.

Your challenge will be to maintain this strong growth by adopting a continuous ROI approach. As the Traffic Manager, your mission will be to achieve the fastest & most sustainable growth by building, running & scaling all paid campaigns for Yago. In other words, your primary objective will be to accelerate lead generation. You will therefore have to, by discussing with your future manager deploy, and structure our marketing acquisition model.
More specifically, your mission revolves around 5 main axes:
1. Management of online acquisition levers
Execute an ambitious roadmap to achieve our traffic, acquisition and engagement objectives on budget
Scale our acquisition campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads environments (& more to come!), by adopting a Test & Learn approach and by running experiments that will boost visibility, engagement and revenue.
Produce creative and innovative acquisition strategies to acquire leads from a predefined budget
Testing new channels & contents in order to identify growth potentials.
Lead the SEO performance improvement strategy to reach the first positions on a maximum of key requests
Managing a dedicated budget and maximizing its ROI (MQL, SQL, Revenue).
2. Data analysis, reporting and conversion optimization
Develop and enrich analytics in conjunction with the Data team
Develop dashboards on our different channels and KPIs
Analytics tracking (with attribution and contribution tools)
Implementation of reports according to needs and data analysis
Providing comprehensive reports, analysis and recommendations to different stakeholders including the Executive team.
Analyze and track visitors’ journey, in order to improve conversion;
Analyze the results of each operation to meet the KPIs set
Measure the ROI in terms of acquisition to improve targeting, segmentation and knowledge of customer profiles;
3. Coordinate a transversal team (product, data and brand…)
Working cross-functionally with various departments in order to create, test, optimize campaigns assets towards engagement (visuals, copy, CTA, landing pages, videos, …) ; testing new channels & contents in order to identify growth potentials.
Ensure team alignment (product, data, brand, CRM)
Ensure effective communication of acquisition results and estimated landing against objectives
Request for business insights in order to adapt the acquisition strategy
_4. Managing creativity _
Manage marketing agencies and partner service providers to ensure the implementation of campaigns
Work hand in hand with the creative content agency to develop innovative concepts that include high impact messages (project management)
Manage the creation, monitoring and configuration of campaigns
5. Participation in the development of structuring projects
Work with the entire marketing department on broader topics in terms of strategy
The injection of a lifetime value vision in order to optimize the marketing mix
Creating a custom in house attribution model
You have at least 5+ years experience running successful ad campaigns on Google Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads, with significant budgets
You have already started from scratch on one or more acquisition levers and are in a logic of test & learn on new sources of acquisition
You are structured and know how to prioritize high-impact actions
You are data-driven and performance (KPI) & result (ROAS) oriented
You have an analytical mind and you are rigorous
You have an eye for detail and a job well done, you do not hesitate to go beyond what is asked of you
You are a team player, while being autonomous and accountable
You like to learn and improve
